Third-party services

Meta lead forms on Facebook or Instagram may collect and process information before it is sent to Nova. Nova also uses the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure visits and completed enquiries; contact identifiers sent for matching are normalized and cryptographically hashed where Meta requires it. Meta’s own privacy terms apply to its handling of that information.

Hosting, email, analytics, customer relationship management, form processing, or other business tools may also process information when needed to operate Nova or provide requested services.

How long information is kept

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, the business relationship, or legitimate legal and operational purposes. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or securely disposed of.
